Shipping Policy

The items are delivered within 3 to 7 business days in France and internationally.

Orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours. Please note that during private sales and sales events, delivery times may be extended.

Shipping costs will be automatically calculated based on your delivery address and will be displayed when you validate your cart.

Please also note that customs fees may apply depending on the destination country.

Return Polic

Refund and exchange :

You have 14 days following the reception of your order to return the product(s).

In order to qualify for a refund or exchange, the items must not have been worn or damaged in any way.

Customized items are neither returned nor exchanged in accordance with Article L.121-20-2 of the French Consumer Code.

To return your product, simply fill out the details of your order on this RETURN FORM.

Once your return request is validated by our customer service, you will need to send the items back to us, carefully packaged, at the following address (Return shipping costs will be at your expense.)

The refund will be processed provided that return terms are met and will be credited to the bank account used for the initial payment. You will be refunded the full cost of purchase but delivery costs will remain at your charge.
