SHIPPING POLICY

Your items are delivered in 1-7 days after expedition in France and Europe. For expedition abroad, your items will be delivered in 7-10 days. 

Our parcels will be shipped with the Colissimo Service for France, UPS & DHL for Europe and the rest of the world.
We will ship your order from France. A tax might be applied at the reception of the goods for customers who live outside the EU.

Delivery costs depends on the weight and your delivery address, you will have access to these information once you validate your order.
 
Exceeding delivery time, will in no case be used against Rue de Verneuil or give rise to a break  of contract or any compensation for damages and interests. Beyond a period of one month following the expedition of your order, Rue de Verneuil will refund your order.

Uk Customers will be charged of the VAT and won't have to pay for custom taxes upon the reception of the goods.

We do not cover the Custom fees for foreign countries.

Please note that in case of non acceptance of your order upon delivery, the shipping cost (both ways) as well as the import taxes
will be deduced from your refund. 
 
 



RETURN POLICY

Refund and exchange :
You have 14 days following the reception of your order to return the product(s). 
To be refunded, the articles must not have been worn or damaged. Delivery costs for refund will be charged to customers. Personalized items will not be refund or exchange. 

In  case of a return for refund, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund when the amount of the purchase becomes inferior to the requested minimum for the free shipping.
 If the delivery was provided by a special service like a courier, we will apply a deduct the amount of 25€ in case of a return.
In case you return from 2 articles to 5,  we allow the fact to charge 60€ for processing fees 
In case you return from 5 to 10 articles, we allow the fact to charge 200€ for processing fees.
Archives & Prototypes are final sales no return or refund are allowed.

To return your product, you just have to formerly contact our customer service by email to the following address retail@ruedeverneuil.com
Please give us your complete name, number of order, article(s) you want to return and if you want a refund or a return. 

Once your demand validated by our service, you will have to send your article well packaged to the following address:

And please don’t forget to send us your tracking number. 

Once we received the order, we will send to you a confirmation e-mail. The refund will be proceeded provided that return terms are met and it will be credited to the bank account used for the initial payment. You will be refunded for the amount of your purchase, delivery costs will be to your charge.
If case of an exchange, it will be made as soon as possible depending on the availability of the product. 


Items from past seasons or FINAL SALE (excluding end-of-season sale) are not eligible for any refunds or exchanges.

All orders placed during the FINAL SALE period shall be deemed to be placed with the consent and acceptance of this condition.
